Customer Service / Fulfillment Specialist

DAY TO DAY… 

– You will deal with customer queries both over the phone and via email

– Provide an exceptional customer service experience

– Communicate any issues that may arise to the customer, ensuring that there is a positive resolution

– Liaising with logistics/warehouse for e-commerce deliveries & up to date delivery schedule, order recalls, Customs, our carrier’s enquiries

– Assist in receiving/checking in new merchandise and perform stock checks to ensure inventory levels are accurate

– Think further and take the right conclusion from our customer’s feedback and actively support the improvement of our customer service

ABOUT YOU… 

– you are customer-focused and passionate about excellent customer service

– Outstanding customer service skills and problem-solving ability

– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, written and verbal, with strong active listening skills

– Experienced with FeDEX OR UPS, domestic and international logistics

– Familiarity with warehouse receiving and fulfillment

– Strong leadership skills with experience building and scaling customer support teams with remote agents a plus
